Mad

Hello, I’m Mads Singers!

I’m a management coach, consultant & speaker. I have coached people in everything from large organizations such as Shell and Coca-Cola to small online entrepreneurs for 12+ years.

My main focus is effective people management – Many business owners and managers have little to no people management experience. often, 50%+ of managers never had ANY training – and these are the MOST important people in most Companies. There is so much to gain from learning effective management.

I’m also very well known as a DISC behavior expert, providing one of the best DISC trainings in the world.

Management isn’t terribly complicated – with Mads’s Effective Management Mastery course, everyone can get started, by learning the most important management processes and start becoming a more effective people manager.

I run multiple other businesses while doing his coaching, as I’m eager to walk the walk, not only talk theory about it!

“I was motivated to join this conference because we are a small company of eight people, and I handle everything from marketing to sales, as well as managing and hiring staff. The training was fantastic, covering all aspects of managing people. I gained valuable insights, particularly about personality types and the importance of not just having the right people, but placing them in the right roles. This understanding can transform a team’s performance. My advice to anyone considering this training is simple: if you’re not making a million dollars a month, you must join. Business success hinges on people, whether they are your clients or teammates. You can’t achieve great things alone; you need a team that excels. What sets Mads apart is his genuine care for his attendees, unlike many hosts who don’t engage meaningfully with their participants.”

“I’ve been following Mads for many years and have always appreciated his content. When I found out about his workshop in Chiang Mai, it was a no-brainer to attend and bring one of my managers along to share the experience. Now, every manager in my company has attended this workshop. Managing people is crucial for business success, and Mads excels at simplifying complex management concepts. Unlike many management books, Mads makes hiring, team meetings, one-on-ones, and even firing straightforward and clear. His practical advice and frameworks have been invaluable. For example, he taught me the importance of focusing on hiring and regular follow-ups with employees, which has been liberating amidst my daily responsibilities. The workshop’s in-person format, combined with interactions with other business owners, made it an exceptional learning experience. The two days spent in the workshop were among the best investments I’ve made in myself and my business this past year.”

“I recently completed Mads Singers’ Effective Management Training. I decided to take this training because I often communicated with others assuming they thought the same way I did. Mads’ DISC framework revealed that people have distinct categories and need to be communicated with based on their motivations and responses. This training taught me how to bring out the best in others by understanding and adapting to their communication styles. As a perfectionist, I used to only delegate tasks if I believed someone could do them as well as I could. Mads showed me the importance of adopting a “good enough” approach, allowing people to make their own mistakes and grow at their own pace. This ultimately positions them for further growth. The training provided a practical framework for decision-making, turning insights into actionable steps. If you feel like you have to do everything yourself to ensure it’s done right, this training can be incredibly helpful. It will show you how to develop your staff to not only meet your standards but, in some cases, exceed them.”
