Vehicle owners are given 28 days from the date of issue to appeal this Parking Charge Notice. If they appeal beyond the 14-day period, a higher charge rate of £ 100.00 will be given.
Parking Charge Appeals are carefully researched and responded to within 28 days. Charges are stayed pending an appeal determination. It’s vital to provide all the evidence in support of your appeal. The independent appeals service will be notified if we reject your appeal. If you haven’t notified POPLA, Elite Management Midlands won’t accept your appeal.
